TCS-4000 <Timer Type>
TCS-4000 is a compact size welding Interlock control system. It can be connected easily by plug socket to the Rotating Welding Jigs which is controlled by foot switch.
■ TCS-4000 Operation (with Crater)
■ Interlockable Jigs
Positioner, Open Chuck, MAC Turn, Pipe Roller, such as the device which is controlled by Foot Switch.
* Straight Line Jigs such as Turning Roll, MAC Turn or Pipe Roller can be used with TCS-4000 under condition that modifying a little about foot switch circuit.
TCS-6000 <Digital Type>
TCS-6000 is a welding interlock control system. In case of adding interlocking circuit & assembling limit switch, photo micro sensor & encoder, etc., it can provide Automatic Welding with accurate detection for one rotation. If the work piece diameter is changed, no need to change anything except overlap time or overlap distance. (Rotation speed must be changed at rotation jig side.)
