● Structure of galvanic corrosion zero.
The unique inner structure of this device prevents the torch from deterioration caused by galvanic corrosion. Epecially, the longevity of the welding torch has extended double in the emi-automatic welder.

The insulation structure, whic is developed by us, shuts out the voltage streaming into the ground through the cooling water. Those insulation structure realized the smooth arc start.

● MP-405CT was newly developped as an Air Cooling type Water circulation device.
● Up to 75kVA Spot Welder is applicable for
MP-405CT!! (except Multi welding & Projection welding)

* In case of inquring to use MP-405C with Spot Welder, please inform us first about Short circuit current, Duty cycle & cooling water flow rate of the spot welder.
Water Tank capacity is 6.5L. Due to Slender & Compact body size, MP-405C can be intalled on the small area, also cooling water can not be wasted.
Due to adption of Stainless steel complete closed tank, breeding the bacteria or acidification of cooling water are prevented so that frequency of water changing is reduced.
